    Application

The working principle of the RNB2-5 non-insulated ring terminal is as follows:
    Mechanical connection principle:
Wire insertion: Strip a certain length of the insulation layer at the end of the wire to be connected, exposing the metal wire part. Then insert the stripped wire into the copper tube of the ring terminal. The inner diameter of the copper tube of the ring terminal is designed according to the applicable wire specification. For example, the RNB2-5 non-insulated ring terminal is generally suitable for wires within a specific wire diameter range to ensure that the wire can be inserted smoothly and has sufficient contact area with the inner wall of the copper tube.
Crimping and fastening: Use a professional crimping tool, such as a terminal pliers, to perform a crimping operation on the inserted wire ring terminal. During the crimping process, the crimping tool will apply pressure to the copper tube of the ring terminal, causing the copper tube to deform. After the copper tube is deformed, it will tightly wrap around the metal part of the wire, and under the action of mechanical force, a firm connection is formed between them. This mechanical crimping method can ensure that the connection between the wire and the ring terminal is tight and reliable, and not easy to loosen or fall off. Even under certain external forces pulling or vibrating, the wire can maintain a stable connection with the ring terminal.
     Electrical conduction principle:
Material characteristic guarantee: Ring terminals are usually made of conductive metal materials such as copper or brass with good conductivity. These metal materials have the characteristics of low resistance, which allows the current to pass smoothly. After the wire is connected to the ring terminal through crimping, the current in the wire can be conducted to the ring terminal through close contact with the ring terminal.
Conduction after connection: In the actual electrical system, the RNB2-5 non-insulated ring terminal will be connected with other electrical equipment or wires. For example, fix the ring terminal to the wiring post of switches, sockets, relays and other equipment through screws, or connect with the connection terminal of other wires. In this way, the current can be transmitted between different electrical components through the ring terminal to realize the conduction of the circuit and ensure the normal operation of the electrical system.
